Workshop/ African World Heritage Day
Join us for this Online Workshop:
“Documentation, Conservation, and Communication: Celebrating Ethiopia’s Cultural Heritage on African World Heritage Day”
Objective:
In honor of African World Heritage Day, this workshop seeks to celebrate Ethiopia’s vibrant cultural heritage while addressing the critical need for effective documentation and public education initiatives. It aims to delve into projects concerning world heritage sites, sites on the tentative list, their conservation status, and methodologies in research, conservation, and communication to the public. By convening experts and stakeholders, the workshop intends to foster collaboration, share best practices, and inspire action for heritage preservation.
